When we step into our retirement years, we step into a world of wonder. A world we have dreamt about for decades and a world that can sometimes be filled with worry, fear, and doubt. It all comes down to attitude. You are here. You face the road, and it is a t intersection. If you take a left, it leads you down the road of self-focus. Your retirement years will be focused on you and your wants. If you take a right, it leads you down the road that is others focused. A road paved with good intentions and marked with acts of service and making a difference. What’s funny is that you will run into this intersection multiple times during your retirement. Multiple Times. You will have the opportunity to focus and re-focus your retirement years on things and activities that bring life. I guess it all comes down to making a difference.
