In this episode of iWork4Him, Jim and Martha Brangenberg speak with Dr. Jessica Rimmer, CEO of Solomon Strategic Advisors, about leadership and faith in the workplace. You’ll hear her personal journey of embracing her God-given leadership strengths, reflecting on how she once struggled with feeling like “a lot.” Through a liberating mentorship with her first boss and learning to see value in her gifts, she found confidence and purpose.  

Like many of us, Jessica previously felt the need to use her talents in “varsity Christianity” - working in full-time, vocational ministry. However, she’s since learned that God made her exactly how she is in order to be a great leader. The GiANT Worldwide platform helps her help other leaders become healthy and effective, with a focus on “liberated leaders.” Jessica also discusses the importance of self-leadership, asking ourselves the challenging question, “What’s it like on the other side of me?”
